TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bitcoin Royalty: The Rise of King-P promotional website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an official promotional experience for the cinematic adaptation of the book Bitcoin Royalty: The Rise of King-P. All content, including imagery, text, trailers, logos and downloadable materials, is provided for informational, promotional and entertainment purposes only.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, logos, trademarks and software, is owned by or licensed to Bitcoin Royalty and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content without prior written permission.

3. Permitted use

You are welcome to browse the Site, share links to its pages on social media, and download materials expressly made available for download, provided you do not alter or remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any other use requires express written consent.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringes the rights of any third party.
  • Interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Site or its servers.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.
  • Introduces viruses, malware or other harmful code.

5. User submissions

Any information or material you submit through the Site, including via contact or enquiry forms, must be accurate and lawful. You retain ownership of your submissions, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them solely to respond to and process your enquiry.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitcoin Royalty, its author, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Third-party links and media

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embed media from third-party platforms. Trailer playback may be delivered through third-party video platforms whose own terms and privacy policies apply when their player is used. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.

9. Changes to the Site and terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
